How can the day one platform help insurance companies or insurance claims?
We just recently had a big project where there was a massive floods, 300 gallons of minute pouring into the big building, a big hotel here in Las Vegas for several minutes, almost an hour.
And it flooded out the bottom six floors of the tower.
And our platform is actually utilized to give the insurance company a 400 page report on what the flooding looked like, what the damage was with pictures and plans and everything else within 24 hours.
And, and basically how that happened was since we were already working on the projects, we already had the plans loaded up and we already had the team there as well too.
It was just basically an all hands call.
Hey, let’s get on this and try and get it documented for the owner.
And we were able to do that.
And thus it saved a tremendous amount of time in processing claim on behalf of the owner to the insurance company by getting them a look at what had happened before they could even get adjusters on the ground.
In addition to that, it can help insurance companies that manage buildings over a period of a year to reduce their claims.
